SUMMER 2024 ART CAMPS

MYT Art Studio offers a diverse and fun summer art camp for Kids and Teens, with a total of 8 sections from June 3 to August 2, 2024. Each camp meets for one solid week, for 5 days in a row, Monday through Friday.

 

We focus on cultivating and developing students' personal artistic talents and creative potentials, and helping them express their inspirations and imaginations in their art projects.

Our weekly camp’s innovative curriculum includes traditional and contemporary drawing, painting, animation, illustration, collage, 2D and 3D clay, printmaking, crafts, art history, art appreciation, design concepts, as well as art field trips in Fort Worth's art museums. Students not only experience interesting multi-media creations in the Art Camp, but also acquire basic and advanced drawing and painting techniques, aesthetic knowledge, observational skills, and the unlocking of unlimited creative potential. Students also learn to solve individual and group issues in each of their projects to support their accomplishments and experiences.

Additionally, we lead students into artistic creation through interesting stories or lessons from art history, allowing students to observe themes and explore characters, actions, places, and styles in a more effective and interesting way. We welcome students to bring whatever books they are reading as sources of personal inspiration and creation. This class is a book club for drawing geeks!

• Summer Camp Tuition: $320.00 |  Each section Camp meets for one solid week, for 5 days in a row, Monday through Friday.

Section 1: June 3 - June 7, 9:30 am to 12:00 pm.

Section 2: June 10 - June 14, 9:30 am to 12:00 pm.

Section 3: June 17 - June 21, 9:30 am to 12:00 pm.

Section 4: June 24 - June 28, 9:30 am to 12:00 pm.

Section 5: July 8 - July 12, 9:30 am to 12:00 pm.

Section 6: July 15 - July 19, 9:30 am to 12:00 pm.

Section 7: July 22 - July 26, 9:30 am to 12:00 pm.

Section 8: July 29 - August 2, 9:30 am to 12:00 pm.

• A camp is limited to 8-10 students. 

• Registration can be completed by phone, Email, or in person. To register, Download the Form Here, fill it out completely, and send it back to us via Email.

• A non-refundable deposit of $100 per student is required to secure your spot.

• The Studio will not refund tuition for missed classes, but will offer make-up lessons.

• The Studio provides all supplies. (Note: We use the highest-quality tools and materials to ensure students create the best experiences and masterpieces.)

• We accept charges checks and internet transfers for the payment.

• It is okay for students to take the camp multiple times and we will modify the projects to meet their needs.

• Please only provide a small, non-refrigerated snack (No peanuts, please) and drink (Please bring your bottled water) daily. Making art makes kids hungry.
